Easy Chicken Wings

Easy Chicken Wings

Makes: 6 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes


3 lb chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
1/2 c butter
1 c hot sauce
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/4 t freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat grill for high heat.
  2. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  3. Cook the wings 8 to 12 minutes on each side (until juices run clear).
    Note: Larger pieces will take slightly longer to cook.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  5. Mix in the hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  6. Place wings in a large container with a secure lid.
  7. Pour sauce over the wings and seal.
  8. Shake well until thoroughly coated.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
