Sausage Breakfast Burrito

Sausage Breakfast Burrito

Makes: 1 serving


1 10” Flour tortilla
2 Eggs
4 oz Sausage
1/4 c Onions
1/8 c Peppers
1/8 c Cheddar cheese
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Season to taste with Cholula® sauce


  1. Cook sausage on flat top griddle or cast iron topper.
  2. Add eggs, onions, peppers, salt and Cholula® Sauce in a mixture. Then scramble.
  3. Place tortilla on griddle or cast iron topper. Place egg mixture on tortilla. Add cheddar cheese. Roll and fold the tortilla into a burrito. Warm on folded side then serve.
