Account Specialist
The Account Specialist is responsible for running Accounts Receivable aging reports and account balances. Additional responsibilities include performing collections on past due accounts, responding to customer phone calls and emails, and completing any other required tasks.
Our ideal candidate is an effective communicator, detail oriented, problem solver, and practices excellent customer service skills.
Administrative Assistant II
The Administrative Assistant oversees customer orders from start to finish. Job responsibilities include maintaining communication with customers as well as ensuring prompt deliveries. Additional tasks involve resolving any order and delivery issues and communicating shipping instructions to warehouse employees.
Our ideal candidate is organized, an effective problem solver, and has excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Import Coordinator
The Import Coordinator maintains communication with customers to ensure proper adherence to regulations, deadlines, and billing and payment transactions.
Our ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, prioritizes tasks, remains flexible, and communicates well with others.
Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator manages the operational aspects of the sales cycle, including procuring new customers and retailers, analyzing sales metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
