Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp

- 1 lb. 13-15 size shrimp, uncooked, devanned and shelled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Whisk together marinade ingredients and add shrimp.
- Marinate shrimp for 30 minutes.
- Heat grill to high. Cook on skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or stir fry in a topper on the grill.
- Add shrimp to rice, a salad, or grilled vegetables and serve.
- Grill half lemons and add parsley sprigs to garnish your dish
