Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 13-15 size shrimp, uncooked, devanned and shelled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Whisk together marinade ingredients and add shrimp.
  2. Marinate shrimp for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat grill to high. Cook on skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or stir fry in a topper on the grill.
  4. Add shrimp to rice, a salad, or grilled vegetables and serve.
  5. Grill half lemons and add parsley sprigs to garnish your dish
