Chimichurri Steak

Take it to the next level with a juicy tender chimichurri steak. Combine parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar and olive oil for a burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped parsley – flat-leaf parsley
  • 6 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅔ cup good-quality extra-virgin olive oil
 

Directions

  1. Add the chopped parsley, garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to the bowl of a food processor. Process until finely minced (take care not to turn it into a thick paste from over-processing).
  2. In a bowl, add the extra-virgin olive oil over the mixture and combine.
  3. Drizzle over your favorite grilled steak.
