Greek Burger

Makes: 1 serving


1⁄2 lb Ground lamb (Can be substituted with ground beef, turkey or pork)
1⁄2 tsp Fresh parsley
1⁄2 tsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp of Minced onion
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
2 oz Feta cheese
2 slices Red onion
2 oz of Tzatziki
1 Bun, pita or naan bread

Tzatziki Sauce

1 cup Plain greek yogurt
1/2 a Cucumber finely chopped
2 cloves Minced garlic
2 tbsp Chopped parsley
1/4 of a Lemon
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Minced red pepper


  1. Mix ground lamb with parsley, garlic and minced onion. Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Grill the burger.
  3. Grill the thinly sliced red onions.
  4. Toast the bread/buns.
  5. Top with crumbled Feta cheese while still  on the grill.
  6. Add thinly sliced red onion and Tzatziki sauce  on top of burger.
  7. Serve on a bun, pita, or naan bread.
